Jambalaya is an outdoor exhibition designed for Madison Square Park. The architecture provides for physical display for the curated exhibit but also provides a backdrop for the green space within the park.

The exhibit focuses on the rich history and culture embedded within the food Jambalaya. The exhibition explores the food through the lens of place, attitude, flavor, and activity.
